Cancellation & Refunds Policy

You may cancel for free up to 2 hour prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations made less than 2 hour before pick-up are non-refundable.

For airport pickups, your driver will wait for up to 1 hour from your scheduled pick-up time.

For all other trip types, your driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick-up time.

No-shows or late arrivals beyond the stipulated waiting times are non-refundable.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will incur any admin or bank fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for refund:

In order for booking cancellation to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• Cancellations were made more than TWO (2) hours before pick-up time.

• Informed us of your decision by e-mail to sales@eminencelimousine.com.sg

• In the event that no driver is available, a full refund will be provided.

The following cancellations cannot be refunded:

• Cancellations made less than TWO (2) hours before pick-up.

• No-shows or late arrivals beyond the stipulated waiting times.

• Our 6 Seater vehicles seat up to 6 passengers comfortably.

  Please see the recommended maximum seat capacity, below inclusive of luggage*:

  Up to 3 passengers and 6 large luggage

  Up to 4 passengers and 5 large luggage

  Up to 5 passengers and 2 large luggage

  *Estimated luggage size=max. 27 inches.

  If there are more passengers or more pieces of luggage than the vehicle can accommodate, the driver has the right to refuse service due to road safety regulations. Should this occur, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any booking that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
